2026 SEASON HOTEL AND TRAVEL INFO
PLEASE NOTE: Race dates and location will be announced by NorCal !
Because of the pre-rides, and early team meetings, most riders stay overnight the night before near the race venue. We will provide the links to hotels at where we can get a team discount. While it is nice to stay at one of the team hotels, it is no problem to stay somewhere else in the vicinity. Some race venues offer camp sites as well. We will keep you posted!
Locations are subject to change due to weather so we recommend using APPS like Booking.com when making hotel reservations. Using this app allows you to adjust reservations up to few days before an event/race without any charges. ALWAYS BOOK FULLY REFUNDABLE HOTEL ROOMS BECAUSE OF LAST MINUTE WEATHER AND RACE CHANGES.

RACE #2 March 20-21, 2026: For theExchequer race we are camping!
RSVP in Teamsnap/PAY for camping fees - We have reserved 11 campsites at the Barrett Cove Campground. These are a combination of camping and hookup sites in a SWEET cul-de-sac right on the race course. I will allocate (3-4) families to a campsite. Please Venmo Jennifer Corteville -$25/family for camping fees. In your Venmo, let me know:

RACE #3 April 26, 2026: NEW DATE & LOCATION! We’ll be back at Stafford Park for a double header. No hotel required.
RACE #4 May 2, 2026: Stafford Park. It’s local, no hotel necessary
CHAMPIONSHIP RACE #5 May 16-17, 2026: Located at Six Sigma. We’ve arranged a group booking at Huttopia for glampers, but dry camping is also available on site. If you did not sign up for the Huttopia group booking then you will need to dry camp. More info on what you’ll need, what to bring, closer to race day.
