Race 2 To-Do List (Parents & Riders)
ACCOMMODATIONS: RSVP in Teamsnap/PAY for camping fees - We have reserved 11 campsites at the Barrett Cove Campground. These are a combination of camping and hookup sites in a SWEET cul-de-sac right on the race course. I will allocate (3-4) families to a campsite. Please Venmo Jennifer Corteville -$25/family for camping fees. In your Venmo, let me know:

EARLY RELEASE FRIDAY, MARCH 20TH: We will leave for this race around 11:30 am on 3/20. Jennifer Corteville will request an EXCUSED early dismissal from Redwood for ONLY the riders who are registered by 3/15. If you are a NEW TO THE TEAM THIS YEAR please send Jennifer Corteville your Redwood student ID so she can add you to this early release list.
SIGN & SEND WAIVER BY MARCH 20TH: The Merced Irrigation District requires every rider to complete this wavier to race at Exchequer. Please sign and send to Jennifer Corteville by March 20th. She will print and submit them.
SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER (PARENTS): Parents, there are two ways to way to volunteer and we need each and every one of you to help support the team. 1) Redwood Pitzone volunteer sign ups are live, click here or link above. We will provide Friday potluck dinner, a Pancake Breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Every family needs to sign up for (2) volunteer slots! This is a pop up village! 2) Volunteer directly with NICA at the race which helps us secure a great pitzone spot on future races. This is important! Each family must volunteer with NICA at least once.
PARKING & DIRECTIONS: bring $10 bill for parking - sign waiver in advance
Follow your map to Barrett Cove Recreation Area: 3100 Barrett Cove Rd, La Grange, CA 95329. In order to make entry to the venue as smooth as possible, the park is asking that you bring $10 exact change for parking (ideally a $10 bill).

KEEP IN MIND: There is minimal cell service at this venue, so get your ducks in a ROW before you leave town.
